NOTICE OF REGULAR OPEN BOARD MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE JEFFERSON COUNTY PUBLIC SEWER DISTRICT ON APRIL 29, 2020, VIA VIDEO CONFERENCE, DUE TO CORONAVIRUS CRISIS
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the authority in RSMo 610.020.1, that the Board of the Jefferson County Public Sewer District will hold its regularly scheduled open Board meeting on April 29, 2020, beginning at the hour of 6:00 p.m., by video conference originating from District Office 4629 Yeager Rd. Due to the countywide general orders requiring social distancing, there will be no member of the Board of Directors present at the office, but rather each will be attending the meeting via video conference.
In accordance with Missouri law, RSMo 610.015, the Board declares that the emergency nature of the coronavirus threat and strong orders or recommendations from health officials that there be no gathering of more than ten people, justifies its departure from normal requirements of holding a public meeting in person.

This notice is being posted on the District’s official bulletin board, as well as being sent by email to all Directors, command and employee staff, and is posted on the District Website page. While the public is invited to attend the meeting by phone conference, members of the public shall not be permitted to comment or talk during the meeting except during the public comment period. The meeting will be conducted according to the agenda, which is attached hereto.
