Easement & Sewer Main Encroachment Form
The Jefferson County Code Enforcement Division is now requiring a letter from JCPSD to acquire a building permit.
The purpose of the letter is to provide proof that the new structure will not encroach on any sewer easements or infrastructure in the area.
Fill out the Easement and Sewer Main Encroachment Form and submit it with all pertinent information for the request to jcpsd1@jeffcopsd.org .
The District will review the request and reply to the contact information given.
The District will not submit the letter to Code Enforcement for the applicant.
