NOTICE – IMPORTANT CHANGES TO YOUR BILL AND PAYMENT METHODS
As of June 7, 2020, the District will be changing to a new billing system. This change will provide better account information and make the payment process simpler. You will no longer get the small postcard bill.
If you use Payment Services Network or PSN please be advised that this feature will be replaced with the new system. On June 15, 2020, PSN will STOP processing automatic payments. If you have autopay with your financial institution, please review your next payments to make sure the payment was properly completed.
Customers can always make payments by mail, by phone or by dropping off at the office. If you have any difficulties during this process, please call and we will be happy to guide you through this process. As a reminder we do not accept cash.
Our new billing system will be web based and will enable you to access your account through a customer portal. Instructions for using the customer portal will come with your full-page bill. A Customer ID Number or CID# will be created for each customer. The CID# can be found on the upper right of the full-page bill. The CID# will allow you to access your account through the customer portal and you can view your account, usage, print your bill, pay your bill or setup automatic payments.
Changing to the new system will reduce the fees associated with the payment process, provide more information to our customers, and modernize the District’s billing system.
