JEFFERSON COUNTY PUBLIC SEWER DISTRICT REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FACILITY PLAN – RAINTREE PLANTATION WASTEWATER TREATEMENT PLANT
The Jefferson County Public Sewer District, is soliciting statement of qualifications from interested engineering firms for providing professional engineering and design services related to implementation of project funded by a Missouri Department of Natural Resources Small Community Engineering Assistance Program. The selected engineering firm will prepare and complete a facility plan in accordance with the Design Guidelines found in 10 CSR 8-1.10
The project- Raintree Plantation Facility Plan – Create an approvable facility plan that will provide a basis for improvements to the Raintree Plantation Waste Water Treatment Facility. The plan should address the planning and service area, population projections, existing facility evaluation, hydraulic capacity determination, organic capacity determination, project alternative analysis, and recommended project alternative summary and justification.
